Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CanHook ("we", "us") handles your data.

Data we store

We store your account details (email, hashed password, name) and the webhook requests captured at your endpoints — including headers, bodies, query strings, and source IPs — so we can display them to you. Captured requests are retained according to your plan's retention window and pruned automatically thereafter.

How captured data is used

Captured webhook data is shown only to you (the endpoint owner) and, where configured, forwarded to the relay destinations you specify. We do not sell captured data. Treat captured payloads as potentially sensitive — avoid sending secrets you don't want stored.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer/subscription reference and your plan state; we never see your card details.

Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which removes your endpoints and all captured requests.
